Joan R. Reif, 85, of Phoenix, AZ passed on August 30, 2016. She was born to Fay and Alberta Rosenthal on September 30, 1930 in Chicago, IL. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Frederick H. Reif. Joan is survived by her children, Martha (Jon) Siegel and Robert (Michelle) Reif; grandchildren, Liza (Sean), Brianne, and Joli; and great-grandchildren, Georgia, Shaelyn, Alexia, and Ilyana.
