Joe worked as an entrepreneur for 16th St. Tire, Jim Wilson's Alignment and 35th Ave. Tire. He was a member of the NRA and had a passion for his wife, family, friends, Lucy, guns, and always being there for others.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann Powers; mother, Christina Powers; brother, John Powers; children, Emily Chavez, Logan Powers, Ashton Powers, Tracey & Katie; grandchildren, Sydney Gaillard, Scarlette Perez, Emmit Walker, Adelina & Sadie Chavez.
Funeral Mass will be held at noon 12:00 PM, Saturday, November 18 at St. Daniel's Catholic Church in Scottsdale on Hayden Rd. and Roosevelt Dr. In driving to Joe's funeral mass at St. Daniel's, please use the McDowell exit off Loop 101 to avoid triathlon event preparation delays.
