Kale, you always found a way to make every moment with you exciting, one of my favorite moments with you was “smily buttcheeks”. The backstory behind this is one time you had fallen asleep and us cousins drew smily faces on your buttcheeks and whenever you were upset over something we would all say “smily buttcheeks” and not even a second later you would be laughing your heart out. Kale even though you are gone you are always with us no matter what, you will be missed very much and we will always love you.

From your cousins, Roary, Kaden and Emrey

Kale, love you so much.....
my most recent memory is from this past Christmas, every time I think of you it pops in my head... you made me smile to see how well you played with Isaac... even though he was 5 yrs younger, you played with him still.. I still can hear Isaac and his out of control laugh, Isaac was grinning ear to ear, your fun loving spirit and the smiles you brought not just to everyone's face, but to everyone's heart... and that little smirk of yours, love you always....

One of my favorite memories with Kale is us always wanting to jump the little ramp at our grandpa's house. Every time all of us cousins would go over, the first thing he would say is "noah, want to go outside and jump the ramp?" and then, there we were, outside for as long as possible jumping that little ramp on our bikes, scooters, skateboards, what ever we were able to ride. I remeber Kale always wanting to improve his skills on his bike, "Noah! Watch how hight I can jump" or "Look at how fast I go". I remeber getting home from Manuels and the first thing he did was open the garage and get on his bike and we would ride outside till we had to go back inside. We would angle our ramp somewhere and try to jump over rocks, and we would go inside to get water and go straight back to where we were. One time Kale wanted to ride McKenzy's bike on our ramp, he fell because it was twice as tall as him, but that did not stop him from wanting to do it again... And now eveytime all of us are together, not a single moment will pass by where all of us aren't thinking about you. I love you buddy.

When you raise your children with your friends, their children become your own. As parents, we watch them grow and develop friendships as we had with one another. The family and community we have created is stronger than any bond we could have imagined. From camping trips to NERF wars, you will never be forgotten, Kale. We love you and you will forever be in our hearts.

Love,
Aiden, Caitlin, Keith and Presley Witte

Kale...last summer you put your LEGO man on my truck toolbox, you thought you got me soooo good”I got you Natty” I didn’t know what you were talking about. A few weeks later I saw the LEGO man and knew that was from you. A year later he’s still sitting there and will always be with me wherever I go, as will you! You were taken from us way to soon, you will be greatly missed but never forgotten. You have left us with so many wonderful memories. Your laugh...is one of a kind...I can hear it right now and that is what will get me through this. We love you so much! Rest peacefully Kale
