Kevin Fredrick Kreiger

Kevin Kreiger, 71, of Phoenix AZ. passed away on September 22 2026. He was born in Dayton Ohio on September 5 1955. Kevin is preceded in death by his Mother Maxine Kreiger, Father Fred Kreiger, Brothers, Keith Kreiger, Kent Kreiger. Kevin is survived by sister Kathy Tolmich (Bill Tolmich) Brother Kurt Kreiger and sister-in-law Kim Kreiger. Kevin never married and had no children of his own but he found deep joy in his role as an Uncle and great-uncle to his Nieces, Lisa Key, Kelly Fent and family and Lyndsie Kreiger (Arnulfo Giner) and their daughters Valerie and Sofia. Nephews, Brian Kreiger, Chris Cotterman and family, Craig Cotterman and family and Jordan Key. Also brother Danny Franklin, wife Patricia and nephews, Cale and Dan.

Kevin spent a lifetime making the people around him feel loved, and thoroughly teased. Kevin was a big guy with a laugh to match. A kind and generous man, perhaps a heart even bigger than he was.

Football ran deep in Kevin's blood, playing, growing up and developing his love for his Ohio State Buckeyes and the Arizona Cardinals. And when he wasn't talking football, he was kicked back with some red wine and an old western.

Everyone who crossed paths with Kev walked away with the same impression: he was kind. Genuinely and consistently kind, Polite, respectful and generous to a fault (that’s the Kreiger way).
