Lana Lucero (Thompson Hallinan) passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Born on January 19, 1944, in Marion-Herrin, Illinois. Her family moved to Scottsdale in 1961. Lana graduated from Scottsdale High School. Lana lived a life filled with love and cherished connections.
Lana is survived by her daughter Kimberly Beltz and son-in-law Bob; her son Liam Hallinan; and her grandson Robert Rogers and his wife Andreea; her stepson Marc Lucero and his wife Yvonne; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought joy to her life.
Lana’s memory will be treasured by all who knew her kindness. May her legacy of love and warmth continue to bring comfort to those she leaves behind. Lana will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Luis Lucero at Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale on April 10, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.
Celebration of Life will be held on April 10, 2026, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at Orange Tree Golf Resort, 10601 North 56th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona. We encourage you to wear whatever colors you would like.
