Leanne Levine Rabin

Leanne was a natural teacher and applied her talents for 25 years as a first grade teacher and reading specialist in the West Orange, New Jersey public schools. She and her loving husband of 64 years, Arnold, spent many happy hours traveling the world. An avid reader, she continued her education up until her death. Leanne was an accomplished knitter, quilt maker, and home chef. She enjoyed the New York Times crossword puzzles, which she worked in pen. Leanne took great pleasure in bringing people together for good food and conversation.

Survivors include husband Arnold, sons Daniel (Gritli) and Michael (Bonnie), and daughter Judy (Michael) Schaffert, brother Samuel (Simmie) Levine, and grandchildren Jeremy (Gloria), Nina, Daniel (Gabriela), Sondra, Elena, Aly, Matthew, Paul, and Jacob.
