Lester B. Kahn

Dr. Lester B. Kahn, 87, passed in Chandler, Arizona. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. September 28, 1923, to Celia & Louis Kahn. He was married to Jeanne Eisenberg on June 20, 1948. He graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in 1941 and entered the service in 1942 and discharged in 1944. Graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in November 1946. He practiced optometry in Newburgh, N.Y. A life member of the American Optometric Association. Has been a resident of Arizona since September 1981. He was also a member of the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans and a member of Temple Emanuel of Tempe. He is preceded by his parents, Louis and Celia (Wolf) Kahn and loving wife. He is survived by Dr. Robert Ira Kahn from CA. Beth Tauber of Chandler, AZ, David H. Kahn of CO., and six grandchildren.
