Lionel (and his wife Toni) loved the life they lived together. They spent their free time enjoying American nature to the fullest. They also rescued and loved many homeless dogs over the years. Lionel's favorite TV shows were Animal Planet and Dog Rescue 911. Lionel took pride in all that he dedicated his time to, but there was no better devotion than his commitment to his wife.
Lionel is survived by his loving wife of 49 years; Toni Lavoie, and his brother William (Mary) Lavoie. He was preceeded in death by his brother; David Lavoie.
