She was born in Hartford City, IN to Luther Gucker and Mary Bowman. The family moved to Fort Wayne, IN in 1939 and to Chandler/Phoenix, AZ in 1946.
She worked at Gucker and Noll Pharmacy and Affiliated Gynecologists. She was an avid sports fan and loved attending D-backs games.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary J. Baird (OK) and Elizabeth " Betsy" Howard (AZ), her sister Sara Fenstermaker (WA), one nephew, two nieces, nine grand nephews, and several great-grand nieces and nephews.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Hospice of the Valley or Arizona Diamondback Charities.
