Mary Louise Richardson

Mary Louise Richardson (Petty), 82 of Mesa, Arizona, passed into the presence of the Lord on April 15, 2015, after a lengthy illness. She was born on July 5, 1932, in Columbus, Ohio, to Frank and Emma Petty. Mary graduated from South High School in Columbus in 1950 and moved to Arizona in the early '60s with her husband and children. Mary worked for the phone company for many years. After retiring, she moved to Leisure World with her husband and enjoyed china painting, volunteering and traveling. The two spent their summers at their home in Strawberry. Mary is preceded in death by her parents and siblings; husband, Harry Richardson; and daughter Christi Sloper. She is survived by her daughters, Terri Richardson and Sherri Fullerton (Craig); son-in-law John Sloper; and grandchildren, Aaron and Caelan Sloper, Emily Sabo (Tim), Sarah Coombs (Ryan) and Brianna Fullerton. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 24, 2015, at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona, with visitation one hour prior.
