Nabil Khouri, M.D., 58 of Tempe, passed away on November 14, 2012. Dr. Khouri received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon in 1980 and completed his residency in Family Practice at St. Paul Ramsey Medical Center (now Regions Hospital) in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1983 and a Fellowship in Family Medicine at the University Of Arizona Health Sciences Center in Tucson in 1984. Dr. Khouri was in private practice in Tucson until 1996 after which he relocated to Phoenix. Dr. Khouri is survived by his mother, Yvette Nammour Khoury; brother, Ramzi Khoury and his niece, Chanel Khoury. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 12:00 PM, Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 5377, Phoenix, AZ 85010 in his name.
