Nathaniel Parks Jr. 88 of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on October 11, 2016. He was born in Chicago, Ill on June 1, 1928. Nathaniel was an Emergency Crew Dispatcher in the Department of Water for the City of Chicago for 32 years. Nathaniel is survived by his wife Alice, daughter Janette Parks Colter, and son Derrick.
