Norma Elizabeth Conner

Norma Elizabeth Conner was born July 19, 1928 to Michael F. and Grace M. Conner in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. She grew up in Grosse Pointe, and graduated from Grosse Pointe High School in 1946. She worked as a secretary at the Conner Lithograph Company, in Detroit until moving to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1964 with her parents. She provided care for them until their passing. She was a secretary for Rose Lane Scottsdale Boys & Girls Club for many years. In 1984 she met the love of her life, Dan Crye. They spent may enjoyable years together until his passing in 2005. Norma was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Robert F. Conner. She is survived by her nieces Susan L. Henderson (Scottsdale, AZ ), Candis Johnson (Huntington Beach, CA), Pamela Wandel (Las Vegas, NV) and her nephew Mike Conner (Scottsdale, AZ). She has 9 great nieces and nephews, and 11 great-great nieces and nephews. Services and burial to be held on Thursday, November 3rd at 10:00 a.m. at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ. A celebration of Life, will be held following at 12:30 p.m. at the Manor Village Life Center, 9160 E. Desert Cove, Scottsdale, AZ.
