Dear Family: My Hart go's out to you all in this very sad time. But just no he is now with Papa, Mimi, & Margi ( his Dad, Mom & Sister) There will be o.k times and not so good ones but he is now well and not in any more pain. Yes we always one more day with the one's we LOVE. I will try and keep more in touch with you all. The services was very good you all did a grate job. LOVE  to ALL.

I was so sorry to hear about Phil.  I'll always remember how he could make me laugh and how very helpful he always was at work.  Marsha was so right about that big heart hiding behind a gruff exterior!  Judy, my sincere condolences to you and your family.

I will always remember the gruff cowboy with an opinion about everything that had to be the right one. His love for country music and dancing. Most of all for the loving and caring heart that he tried to not let anyone see. Rest in peace my friend.

Unfortunately I will not be able to pay my final respect to Phil as I do have to work that day:( Phil will be forever a great memory for me. He always got things DONE.
