

Phyllis was born in New York City on July 28, 1935 to Lena and Tony Fradella. She was married to her first husband, Danny Pagnillo, in 1956, until his untimely death in 1969. Phyllis moved to Scottsdale, Arizona with her son Daniel in 1973, where she met and married her second husband, Jack Keller in 1975. She lived the remainder of her life as a resident of Scottsdale and spent the majority of her career working in hair salons, both in Manhattan and Scottsdale. She met hundreds of people working over the years, and formed many lifelong friendships through her work.
Phyllis was extremely proud of her family, and enjoyed reading, travel and the arts, especially theatre and music, playing cards and other games and enjoying a nice dinner out. She loved spending time with family and friends and reminiscing about her life adventures in New York and Arizona.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her first husband, Danny Pagnillo, her second husband, Jack Keller and her beloved sister, Janet Sessa. She is survived by her son, Daniel (Danny) Pagnillo (Margaret Pagnillo), grandchildren Anthony Pagnillo, Madeline Pagnillo and Mary Pagnillo, her nieces Diane Donnellan, Stephanie Kottner (Vic), Adriene Sessa, Donna Pepe, Pamela Proscia and Leslie Silva (Bruno), and stepsons, John Stuart (Stu) Keller, Tim Keller (Kim Keller), Ken Keller (Betty Tinnell), Philip Keller, their children and grandchildren, as well as many other extended family and friends who will deeply miss Phyllis.
The inurnment and memorial service will take place at Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery in Scottsdale, on Friday, January 20th, starting at 11:00 AM.
