Raymond Bryant Myers, 88, passed on April 15, 2012, in Mesa, Arizona and is reunited with family and his eternal companion Opal Iona Baker who passed in 1998. Ray was born in Buchtel, Ohio, on July 27, 1923 to loving parents James Henry and Mary Katherine Myers. Ray and Opal were married on October 14, 1944, in Ohio and later sealed in the Manti Utah Temple. Ray was preceded by his parents, wife, child, 5 sisters, and 3 brothers. He is survived by several nieces and nephews in Ohio and very good and close friends in Mesa, Arizona. Visitation is scheduled for 6-8PM, Friday, April 20, 2012, at Green Acres Mortuary Family Room, 401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. Services are scheduled for 11:00AM Saturday, April 21, 2012, at Green Acres Cemetery Garden of Peace.
