Married Durward Roland Vaillancourt, and together they had five children: David (Jessie), Steven (LaHoma), Dennis (Charlotte), Stanley (Billie Jo), and Rose Marie (Fred). Divorced 1949.
1950 Married Glen Aven McDowell, and had two children together: Joyce (Gary) and Daniel (Boni).
Rena’s life on this earth ended peacefully in her sleep on June 11, 2016. She is survived by five of her children: Steven (LaHoma), Stanley, Rose Marie (Fred), Joyce (Gary), and Daniel (Boni); and 19 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
