Rex Alan Hossler, 64, passed away on June 17, 2026. A devoted educator, adventurer, and lifelong learner, Rex spent much of his life teaching in the Seventh-day Adventist school system, inspiring students and sharing his love of travel and exploration.
Known for his quirky sense of humor, stubborn spirit, and independent nature, Rex lived life on his own terms. He leaves behind countless memories, stories, and the lasting impact he made on family, friends, and generations of students.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at Green Acres Cemetery in Scottsdale, Arizona.
