We are heartbroken to announce that on February 2, 2021, at the age of 82, Robert L. Hess (Scottsdale, Arizona) passed away. Bob Hess was born in Iowa and served his country as a Marine. He moved to Arizona in 1963 and worked for AiResearch/Allied Signal/Honeywell for 40 years. Bob was beloved by all and known for his charm and quick smile. He left us his sense of humor, words of wisdom, and memories of a life well lived. He enriched the lives of all those he touched during his lifetime. Bob was affectionately known as GP and will be missed dearly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Bob is survived by his three children; Steve Hess (Mary); Shellie Hess; and Sherri Fischer (Tom); his 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Rita; a sister, Mary Baird (Ron) and a brother, Herbert Hess (Marvaleen).
A service is pending and will be scheduled at Blessed Sacrament Church in Scottsdale, AZ.
