

Ronald Dean Damato, a beloved and cherished individual, passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 86. Known for his compassionate, generous, and gentle nature, Ron was a resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, where he was admired for his hard-working, honest, and inspirational character.
Born on July 6, 1939, in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, Ron pursued his education with dedication and excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, laying the foundation for a life marked by thoughtful and kind-hearted contributions to those around him.
Ron married Jacqueline St. Louis on July 4, 1994, sharing a loving and loyal partnership. Together, they built a family filled with warmth and affection. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline St. Louis, his daughter Cindy (Darrell) May, and his grandchildren Nathan and Jordan. Ron's legacy of patience and selflessness will continue to inspire his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Myrtle Damato, his siblings, James and Louis Damato, and his step-daughter, Jennifer Grimmer.
In his personal life, Ron found joy and relaxation in golfing and reading, pursuits that reflected his thoughtful and introspective nature. His kind-hearted and selfless spirit touched all who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of love and inspiration.
