Shirley Haber, beloved wife of the late Benno Haber, died on November 30th, 2017 in Scottsdale, AZ.
Shirley enjoyed tine with her daughters and grandchildren and traveling the world with her husband. A perpetual source of positive energy and light, Shirley’s presence infused all who knew her with love. Shirley’s greatest joy in life was her family.
Shirley was born on July 3rd, 1928 in Eau Claire, WI. During WW II her family moved to Hattiesburg, MI. She earned a degree as an X-ray technician in Philadelphia and later moved to Buffalo, NY where she met her first husband, and father to her children, Bernie Frydrych. After his passing, she married Benno and moved to Tarrytown, NY. Shirley and Benno spent the latter part of their lives in Scottsdale, enjoying the warmer weather, family and friends.
Shirley is survived by daughters, Barbara (Jerry) Landau of Scottsdale, AZ, Sandra Haber of Boulder, CO, Dianne (Mike), four grandchildren Michelle, Benjamin, Nathan, and Hannah, and four great grandchildren.
