Stan was well known throughout Scottsdale for his generous involvement in the community, especially his support of youth programs and sports memorabilia collecting.

Stan was a loving husband to Judith Marks and proud father to: David and Tami Marks, Aaron Marks, Chris and Karyn Marks and Heather and Karl Gamester. Stan was an attentive grandfather and great-grandfather to Tyler, Tasha and Caleb Cerimeli, Nicholas Cermeli, Zach and Noah Marks, Dylan, Dominique and Aaron Schilling-Marks, Kayla Ward, Blythe and Luke Marks, Erika, Brooke and Bethany Capehart and Emily, Erica and Abbie Gamester.
Stan was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1940. He received a degree in Pharmacy from University of Pittsburgh, where he met Judith. They were married in the fall of 1961 and moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 1964. Stan worked as a pharmacist and retired after 50 years of serving the community. Stan had many passions that he generously shared with his friends and family, including travel, food, art, jewelry, music, sports and all things collectible. He worked with Topps and helped them recruit athletes for card signings in the early days, but also found time to coach Little League baseball. He took great pride in the relationships he developed with people, whether those were professional athletes or someone that he was meeting for the first time. His enormous personality, sharp wit and warm humor will be missed.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at HonorHealth for their compassion and consideration during their time of need.
