Terry Dale Justice

Terry Dale Justice, age 81, passed away on July 29, 2026. Born at the Staten Family farm in Bucyrus, KS on September 29, 1944, Terry built a life marked by incredible work ethic. The man never took a Sick Day!!! The Justice Family will miss him dearly.

Terry was born to Willard Eugene Justice (aka 'Jeep' ) and Mary Alice Staten. Along with his sister Nancy Hilton, brother Mike Justice, and youngest sister Patricia Pace. The Justice Family moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 1958 and he graduated from Scottsdale High School.

Terry met his future wife, Christine Bollini, while working together at the old Kachina Movie Theater in Old Town Scottsdale. Christine had moved to Arizona from Akron, OH, and also attended Scottsdale HS. Terry eventually married Christine and they were married for 62 years. Terry is survived by his loving wife Christine and his son Terry Dean Justice. Terry is also survived by his daughter in-law, Kristina Justice, and two grandsons Kevin (25) and Kyle (23).

By trade, Terry was a welder who eventually worked for and owned many different machine shops. Much of Terry’s machine work was in the Aerospace Industry. Terry also loved cars. He was a champion Drag Racer at the old Beeline Raceway. In addition to cars, Terry eventually found a passion for aviation and became a licensed pilot and owned his own plane. Finally, Terry was an avid, self-taught and very successful investor. He loved the Stock Market, and especially The Home Depot!!!

In Terry’s later years, his favorite passion was watching his Grandsons Kevin and Kyle play baseball. He was their biggest fan and never missed a game. Terry would scout all the High School fields and Club Ball fields in advance to make sure he knew where to park and sit for every game.

Terry’s other favorite pastime was enjoying a few beers in the afternoon with friends at his local establishments. He was such an early riser, worked long days… 6 days a week, and he loved to unwind in his own way.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, US, on August 19, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
