He was born on May 1, 1946, in Hue, Vietnam. Tuong proudly served in the Vietnamese Navy, fighting for South Vietnam during the war.
On December 13, 1989, he married the love of his life, Ofelia, in Glendale, Arizona, and together they shared 36 devoted years of marriage. Tuong worked for many years as a machine operator at American Dry Ice, where he was known for his strong work ethic.
More than anything, Tuong deeply loved his family. He is survived by his wife, Ofelia, son Ronald and daughter Rochelle.
A visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. A funeral ceremony will follow at 10:00 AM at the same location.
