Warren Horowitz was born on November 24, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York andpassed away on March 22, 2012 in Chandler, Arizona andis under the care of Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery.
Interment will be held on March 25, 2012 at 1:30 pm at Green Acres Cemetery.
