William Harris Cuff, February 14, 1947 - April 22, 2016. Born to Margaret and Charles Cuff in Long Beach, California. He grew up in southern California where he married Linda in 1966 and raised three sons: Jeffrey, Gregory and Curtis. He worked as a journeyman carpenter for 45 years. His pastime was ski instructing, (Snow Summit) being awarded the instructor of the year 1991-1992. He also liked coaching Little League and watching Nascar.
In mid-life he re-located to Colorado where he continued his passion for snow skiing. He volunteered for 4 years at the charity race, “The 24 Hours of Aspen”. He and his wife retired in Scottsdale in 2011, to be closer to their family.
The family has fond memories of a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, bother and uncle. He will always be in our hearts. A celebration of Bill’s life will be held sometime in the months ahead.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; sons Jeffrey (Gina), Gregory, Curtis (Jessica); grandchildren Ryan, Megan, Cohen, Reed; nephews Christian, Colin, Alex Buus; niece Callie and brother-in-law Gary Buus (Beatrice).
