Bill was born in Mesa, Arizona to George E. Keckler and Constance R. Toepfer on April 2, 1963.
He graduated from Corona Del Sol High School and attended Scottsdale Community College.
Bill worked for McLane for a number of years, and eventually owned his own construction business, Tile by Bill, for 25 years.
Bill was married to his wife, Tammi Keckler, who joins him in death.
Bill is survived by his loving family; his sister, Suzette Gregg, and brother-in-law, Jay Gregg; his father, George E. Keckler; and his nephews, Allen and Bryan Gregg.
A celebration of life will be held for Bill on a date yet to be determined.
