Winifred Lenora Spencer, our beloved “Grammy” passed away and returned home to our Heavenly Father on October 23, 2014 at the age of 89. Born on October 16, 1925 in Boswell, Oklahoma, she lived in Phoenix, Arizona and worked as a receptionist and as a medical transcriber for the Good Samaritan Hospital until retiring. Winifred was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was the perfect example of the Good Samaritan, as she gave her life to service and care for her family and never asked for anything in return. Winifred is preceded by her loving husband Cliff, brother Raymond, sister Lois, and her parents Etta Mae and Hosey Spencer. She is survived by her daughter Darlene, her son-in-law Dale, her three grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren
