

Her father is Mao Lin, Wu and her mother is Yan Shi, Wu. When she was two years old, her mother passed away. Her father was working far away from home. She was growing up with her three older brothers and one older sister. She finished her elementary school. In 1954, she passed the exam and went further education in high school with government grant. In 1957, she graduated from high school and she joined the workforce of the local area. In June, 1958 she worked for a chemical factory . In 1961, she was a clerk for a province owned cafeteria. In 1964, she was an elementary school mandarin teacher and in charge of a classroom. She was a good mentor to her students and worked very hard with them. She was always went to work earlier and came home later every day. Saturday and Sunday, she always went to see the parents to help students reach the highest goal. She worked this position for 31 years until her retirement.
1958, She met her husband . 1961, May, they got married. Since 1962, they had three daughters. Her family lived very peaceful and thrifty life. She was a great support of her daughters further education.
1986, her husband had stomach ulcer, and lost a lot of blood and was in hospital. She worked hard for her job, but took good care of her husband and three young children.
1989, she retired. In 1995, her old daughter immigrated her to America.
Her and her husband began a new life in America. They began to study English and work as dishwasher in hotel. They also worked as an nanny and housekeeper. 2004, in Houston, TX, they passed the exam and became U.S citizen. They thank America government to provide them basic needs : food, shelter and medical insurance.
She and her husband just had 50 years wedding celebration.
She was fighting the cancer and died April 3, 2013 at 1: 10 PM in University of Washington Medical Center . The medical worked very hard and tried to save her. She was 75 years. She was very loving mother and a caring wife. She was always good to other people.
