Alexander M. Fulgencio Sr. was born on August 1st, 1973 in Manila, Philippines to the parents of Lourdes & Rodolfo Fulgencio. Alex has 2 brothers (Rolando and Rovell) and a late sister (Flordeliz).
In 1984, he and his family moved to Seattle, WA. In 1992, at the age of 18, he met his best friend Evangeline Fontanilla at a friends’ party. With time they fell in love and gotten married on January 30, 1994. They eventually had 3 wonderful children; Flordeliza-Marie, Elizha-Grace, & Alexander Jr. And went on to adopt three more children; Jannessa-Mae, Jeremiah, and James. In addition, he has two granddaughters; A’kiya and A’nalea.
His family knows him for being the jokester of the family. He would lighten up the whole room with his laughter and his smile. He always referred to his smile as his number one best quality. He loved to travel and his favorite way of traveling was to drive. Alex has driven through 30 or more states in his lifetime. Alexander was always loved by everyone he met.
