Bonnie Dee Beaver

She is survived by her daughter Cindy Beaver, of West Seattle; sisters Jan Leenhouts-Martin of Regina, New Mexico and Karen Dorsey of Yelm, Washington; niece and nephews Vince, Rachel and Andrew Dorsey, and Jared Aussem; great nieces and nephews Deegan, Noah, Jolynn, and Rhya.

Bonnie was born in a car on the way to the hospital November 1952, to Phyllis (Leenhouts) Brown and Dale Leenhouts. She graduated from North Thurston High School in Lacey, Washington and attended Washington State University. She worked for many years for the State of Washington as an accountant.

Bonnie enjoyed her family, going on camping outings, and spent a lot of time with her daughter in the later years playing in the garden, relaxing with the family pets, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Bonnie moved into Bridge Park Retirement Community in 2015 and made a lot of great friends there. She loved sitting and gossiping and trying to guess the ingredients in the meals served.

Cindy would like to thank the wonderful care team at Harborview and Providence Hospice care team for the care and gentleness they provided.
