Dwayne was born on July 4,1960 in Houston, TX to parents Everette and Thelma. He served in the United States Armed Forces, and had a successful career as an electrician.
Dwayne will be taken home to Texas to be placed at rest in the Houston National Cemetery in honor of his service.
