
Elizabeth was born on December 1, 1953, to Patrocinio Tafalla Orbino and Francisco Ordoño Orbino at St. Anne’s Hospital in Manila, Philippines. She lived a life deeply rooted in faith, dedicating herself to God and to her family. Elizabeth’s greatest joy was creating a home filled with love, safety, and belonging—not only for her own children, but for many of her nieces and nephews whom she raised and loved as her own.
She was known by all who met her for her radiant smile and warm, joyful voice that could brighten any room. Elizabeth had a gift for making people feel welcome and cared for, always ensuring that everyone knew they had a place with her. In her spare time, she found peace and happiness in gardening, nurturing life with patience and care. She also had a passion for photography, capturing moments and building memories she knew would one day be treasured—because to her, every moment counted.
Elizabeth is survived by her devoted husband, Hernando Eustaquio, and her beloved children:
Don Orbino-Eustaquio,
Deanna Marie Balaoing-Sok and her husband Sambath Sok,
Darlene Campos Balaoing, and
Darius Campos Balaoing and his wife Leakhana Balaoing.
She was a proud and loving grandmother to:
Tyrell Dominick-Balaoing and his wife Sina Tavila-Dominick,
Darius Camilo Balaoing Jr.,
Antonio Francisco Balaoing,
Nathan Elijah Sok,
Te’ja Ahamalia Balaoing,
Leiani Isabel Sareth Sok,
Jairah Ayanne Balaoing, and
Jerico Emmanuel Balaoing.
She was also blessed with her great-grandchild:
Aaliyah Kyäni Dominick, who brought immense joy to her later years.
Elizabeth is also survived by her siblings:
Flora Orbino-Dacanay and her husband Gerry Dacanay,
Manuel “Jake” Tafalla Orbino,
Aser Tafalla Orbino, and
Josephine Orbino-deGuzman and her husband Arnold deGuzman.
She was preceded in death by her siblings:
Salvación Tafalla Orbino,
Don Alain Orbino and his wife Bella Orbino,
Archimedes Tafalla Orbino, and
Ferdinand Tafalla Orbino.
