Born in Seattle on Dec 20, 1929 to parents Eugene and Delilah (Baughman) Fulkerson. Gene was born into a blended family with grown brothers and sisters: Ben, Fred, Dolly, Thelma and Norma who doted on their young brother.
He attended Cleveland High School and at 17 years of age joined the Merchant Marines. Gene met Nancy and in 1953 they were married.
Gene worked until retirement at Maryatt Industries, a division of American Linen Supply.
He is survived by wife Nancy, children Kenneth (Sue), Patricia (Steve) and Grandchildren Stephanie (Drew), Kendahl, Brent, Juliana and sister Darlene.
He was a Friend to all he met along the way!
