Frances had many jobs working at the Commission Company Texaco, JoAnn Fabrics, Value Village and See's Candy Co.
Outside of work she loved to taxi around her 4 children, garden & spend time with others at barbecues, birthdays & gatherings.
Frances will be remembered with respect and affection as a devoted mom, a kind and loving lady with a keen sense of wit and humor.
Frances is survived in death by her brother Morris A Fosse Jrand family of western Washington. Son Shawne Karzmar and family of Western Washington. Daughter Shannon Karzmar and family of Western Washington.
She was an aunt, sister in law, mother in law, cousin, grandma, great grandmother and friend. She will leave an enduring mark on those who knew her.
She was predeceased by her mother Josephine J. Fosse, her father Morris Alvin Fosse, her sister Saly Mock, her brothers Richard Frahm and Ronald Frahm, her son Shayne Karzmar, and her daughter Shelley Jo Karzmar.
There will be a Graveside Service at Acacia Memorial Park and Funeral Home on October 2nd, 2026 at 2:00 pm
