George Harrison Budlow, age 89, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Nov. 28, 2012 in Everett, WA. He was born in Huntington, WV to Robert O. and F. Mae (Meeker) Budlow on Sept. 10, 1923. George met the love of his life and best friend, Gloria, when they worked together side-by-side at Boeing. They married on March 1, 1944. Three months later, George was drafted into the U.S.M.C. where he faithfully served the United States as a Marine Corporal during WWII. George was also a Past Master of Ionic Lodge No. 90 before they merged with St. John's Lodge No. 9 in Seattle, WA. George is preceded in death by his parents and oldest daughter, Georgia. He leaves behind his wife, Gloria; daughters, Gayle (Phil) Jones and Gerri Roberts; son-in-law, Richard Law; 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and many loving extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2PM on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 at Acacia Funeral Home in Seattle, WA.
