Gino Picini was born in Morganville, Washington on May 3, 1922. He passed away in Tucson, Arizona on August 7, 2018.
Gino served in World War II from 1942 to 1945. After his time in the military, he owned and operated his own business called Commercial Heating Maintenance. Later in life, he served on the board of directors for Lakeside Bible Camp and the Black Diamond Historical Society.
At a young age, Gino discovered a love for music, especially the accordion. He liked to hike and explore the outdoors, and was an expert mechanic. He enjoyed photography, cars, and baseball as well.
Gino is preceded by his parents, Tom and Concelia; his first wife, Ruth; and his daughter, Nancy. He is survived by his wife, Hilda; his daughters, Carol (Mark) and Jane (Eli); his son, John (Joy); and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Gino served as an example of compassion, generosity, and godliness to his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations to Lakeside Bible Camp are appreciated.
A memorial service for Gino will be held Saturday, August 18, 2018, at 2:00 PM at North Lynnwood Bible Chapel, 15911 Admiralty Way, Lynnwood, WA.
