Passed Away at Swedish Medical Center on July 25, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his father, Sam Van Diep. Survived by his mother, Nghoanh Thi Lam, his daughter, Avon Hue My Thach, and his two sons Anthony Tri Hao Thach and Andrew Hiep Nghia Thach.
Funeral Services and Witness Cremation was held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Officiated by Buddhist Monks at Chua Duoc Su.
