He retired from the United States Marine Corps as a Major after 27 years of service. He was a pilot during
WWII and much of his service.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette, and grandson, Dale Robert Deering.
He is survived by his son, Dale (Marilyn) Deering, granddaughter, Lori Deering, and grandsons; David and George.
He is also survived by several great grandchildren and 9 great nieces and nephews.
He was dearly loved by his family and all who knew him and he will remain in their hearts forever!
