

She was born in Seattle, Washington on December 1, 1925 to Dr. Harold L. and Helen L. Goss. She was predeceased by her son David H. Dunlap and by Albert V. Dunlap, her beloved husband for 72 years. She is survived by sons Albert V. Dunlap Jr, Mercer Island, and Jonathan L. Dunlap (Larysa), Woodinville; and grandchildren Jacqueline E. Dunlap, Renton, Emily M. Dunlap, Seattle, and Yaroslav S. Dunlap, Woodinville.
Jean was a 1943 graduate of the Bush School, Seattle and attended the University of Washington. She enjoyed cherished memberships in the Minnie Fortson Kirk Guild of Seattle Children’s Hospital, Broadmoor Golf Club where she served as Women’s Division Captain, Seattle Tennis Club, and The Sunset Club.
A lifelong passion for gardening shared with her husband Al always brightened their home. Her great enthusiasm for cooking and entertaining brought comfort and joy to all who experienced it. Jean would most want to be remembered for the many close friendships she developed throughout her life and the love and devotion she gave to her family.
