Born March 10, 1937 in Montevallo, Alabama to Lewis and Lila Mae Morris, passed away June 29, 2013 in Seattle, Washington. Jeff was a long-time Seattle resident and posted a long career in construction, including a membership to the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners #2633. In retirement he enjoyed trips to Emerald Downs where he was a preferred member, and visiting with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Donald Morris; Johnnie Morris; George Morris; Eugene Morris; Joe Morris; and sisters: Lillibel Morris; Mary Morris; Icey Morris; Jannie Morris; Dorothy Morris; and Lottie Morris. He is survived by his son Jeff Clay Morris Jr of Anchorage, Alaska, and sister Virginia Williams and brothers: Richard Morris and Willie Morris; and many nieces and nephews. He will be missed.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2013 from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Acacia Funeral Home in Seattle, WA followed by a funeral service at Acacia Funeral Home on Friday July 12, 2013 at 10:00 am.
