Ken was born in the Shandong province of China on October 12, 1935. He immigrated to Australia as a young man where he attended school, and met and married his wife, Grace, of 51 years.
He started his first small business in Sydney, Australia, then moved to Hong Kong in 1967 to work in a family business. In 1972, he moved his family to Guam – where he opened China Arts, a local retail store on Guam, specializing in Asian arts and
collectibles. In his 30+ years as a resident of Guam, Ken was an active member of the Rotary
Club of Guam, and a member of the Air Force 3rd Air Civilian Advisory
Council. Some of Ken's fondest memories were of his volunteer work with the
Rotary Club and excursions as a guest on military aircraft and ships.
Ken was the son of William and Lily Low of Sydney, Australia, and brother to Linda,
Charles, Virginia, Norman, Kevin and Stephen.
Ken is survived by his wife Grace Chang Low, and daughters and sons-in-law
Sandra and Samuel Lai (Marten and Katie), Annette and Marshall Bouldin IV, and Elaine and Ed Retumban, Jr. (Kenneth and Celestina); his siblings Linda, Norman, Kevin, and Stephen; his sisters-in-law Jane Low, Ling, Lisa, and Gloria Low; and numerous nieces and nephews in Australia and Hong Kong.
He is predeceased by his parents, William and Lily; daughter, Karen Low Ovenell; his

In recognition of Ken’s longtime dedication to the Rotary Club, the family suggests that any memorials or tributes be made on Ken's behalf to the Rotary Foundation through the Rotary Club of Guam.
The family expresses gratitude and appreciation to all the family and friends who have
provided them with support and prayers during Ken's long illness.
