LeRoy "Lee" WERNLI Of Issaquah, WA passed away Monday, July 14th after a courageous fight with cancer at the age of 77. Born Feburary 6, 1931 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Henry and Anna Wernli. Lee married Barbara Harper Wernli and was a pilot for United Airlines retiring in 1991 after 36 years of dedicated service. They have five children; Steven Wernli of Atlanta, GA, David Wernli of Seattle, WA, Jeffrey Wernli of Camano Island, WA, Tim Wernli of Seattle, WA, and LeeAnn Robey of Bellevue, WA; 19 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren (with 3 more on the way!). Lee, well known for his "random acts of kindness" and wonderful sense of humor, was greatly loved by his family and friends. Memorial Service Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Issaquah 1st Ward of the LDS Church, 1100 6th Ave. SE, Issaquah.
