Linda Tennell-Daramy

She was the last of seven children born to Adam Tennell and Mary E. Tennell-Jones.

Linda obeyed the gospel and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior

at The Southside Church of Christ in 1974. She truly loved God’s word and was a

faithful servant until the very end.

Linda also enjoyed helping and encouraging people any way possible. She inspired

people to use their God given talent. She also enjoyed traveling, writing poetry,

singing, sewing, cooking/baking, reading and children. Linda worked many years

in the social work arena and the marketing/sales field.

Linda and Ishmail Daramy were married on May 29, 2010. Linda appreciated

Ismail as a mate and as her caregiver. She never ceased in praising her husband’s

efforts regarding her care.

Linda departed this life on February 2, 2014. She was preceded in death by

Her father Adam Tennell, her mother Mary E. Tennell-Jones, brothers Noland

and Milton Tennell and a sisters Jerlene and Mary Alice Tennell.

Linda leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband Ishmail, and a son

Lionell (Joycelyn) Hunter of Kent, WA, a daughter Jeneba Daramy of (FL), another

daughter Isha K. Daramy of (FL);a sister Jernece (Jo) Tennell of Seattle, WA and

a brother Billy Joe (Anita) Tennell of Lynnwood, WA , a granddaughter Naomi Mason of (FL),

and an abundance of relatives and friends.
