Louis Dale Erickson

May 22, 1929 and died peacefully April 21, 2023 in Seattle. He is survived by the love of his life, Jeanette, married for 72 years after meeting on a blind date. He graduated from Cleveland High School in 1947. Father to daughter Daleen (Rick) Van Arnam, grandfather to Ryan (Kristen), Chris (Morgan), Blake (Jessica) & great grandfather to Reagan & Hayden Van Arnam. Proceeded in death by son Robert (Bob), survived by his wife Elizabeth, daughter Amy, son Andrew (Holly) & great granddaughters Malia & Harper. Proceeded in death by mother & father Louis & Leona Erickson. Surviving brothers Richard (Pearl) & Leonard (Bonnie-deceased).

Owner of UNIVERSITY SEAFOOD & POULTRY in Seattle for many years. Dale had many customers who became his friends. He was a true gentleman, had a kind demeanor who truly cared about his family and friends. He was a wonderful man who will truly be missed. A private family celebration of Dale will be held at a future date.
