Lucille "Jane" (LeDesky) Dale, 94, passed away peacefully at Providence Memorial Hospital. She was a resident of Everett, WA. Born to Joseph and Ragnhild LeDesky on January 23, 1927 in Choteau, MT, Jane was the youngest of four brothers, and only daughter. She graduated from Choteau High School in 1945, and worked at Teton County Courthouse. She met Richard Dale in Choteau and they were married November 26, 1947. They made their home in Montana where their two sons Robert and Barry were born, before ultimately settling in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle in 1961. Jane worked while raising her two sons, retiring in 1984.She was preceded in death by her husband and four brothers. Jane's later years were devoted to her grandchildren; she relocated to Everett, WA to be nearer to her family. She was also a longstanding volunteer at the Providence Medical Center Pacific Campus, serving over 3,500 hours assisting patients and working in the gift shop. Jane is survived by her two sons, Robert and Barry (Lori), five grandchildren; Katharine (Adam), Casey, Thomas (Samantha), Noah and Chase, two great-grandchildren Joseph and Henry, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org), an organization working to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
