Peterson, Lucille B. (nee Teter), passed away, due to heart complications, on Monday, May 25, 2015 at the age of 93. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Alfred A. Peterson. She is survived by 3 children, Sandra E. Anderson (Bruce), Patricia P. Smith (George) and Mickey L. Wheat (Ben Reecer); 5 grandchildren, Eric (Nicki), Craig (Patricia), John (Angela), William (Christina) and Bradford (Whitney) and; 4 great grandchildren, Christian, Ethan, Emma and Carlin. Lucille worked for the Highline Public Schools as a cashier for many years. She loved family, pinochle, reading, quilting, sewing, knitting and cooking; most of all, she had a great sense of humor. She lived at Florence of Seattle for 7 years. The Peterson family would like to thank the Florence staff for their great care and support. A private service will be held at a later date. Donations can be made to American Heart Association or a charity of one’s choice.
