Funeral service will be held at Acacia Funeral Home on December 1, 2018, 1:00 pm. Burial will immediately follow the service. Meara was born in Kirkland, Washington on April 19, 2009. She went to Lynndale Elementary School, was a brownie and girl scout, like her mother. She loved swimming lessons and playing with her brother in the backyard pool and on their swings. Her favorite online games were Roblox and Animal Jam. She and her Dad played online games together. Her dog Luna was her favorite pet, but she got along with and loved all animals – and they loved her back. She was very close to her grandfather Norman Barringer who would take her to the beach and pull her in her littler red wagon. Grandmother Sally loved to give her pretty dresses, and Grandmother Maryellen enjoyed watching videos and eating popcorn with her. She was a warm and wonderful child – innocent and shy, but smart as a whip. Even people outside the family described Meara as outgoing, charming and beautiful with amazing green eyes. She was a precious treasure to all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her Grandfather, Norman Barringer. She is survived by her father Timothy A. Alley, Lynnwood, WA. ,mother Polly Ann Barringer, Port Angeles, WA; brother Timothy James (TJ) Alley age 5; sister Tabitha Wilson age 1; grandparents Maryellen Skelton, Sally Barringer and Tim M. Alley; Aunts Andrea Alley, Katherine Barringer and Uncle John Barringer.

We loved her and will miss her. I am sorry that we will not get to see her grow into the beautiful women she would have been. Her love for her older cousin, Fiona was so wonderful to witness.
My heart goes out to her Grandma Sally, Katie and everyone else affected by our loss. We are thankful for our time with Meara.
With love, Lorraine, Fiona and Darren

What a beautiful light Meara brought to the world. The joy and pride she gave to her grandmother, Maryellen, shined through in my friend's face and voice when she spoke of her. My heart breaks for Meara's family, and I pray the family is wrapped in love and that the community will offer lots of support in the hours, days, months, and years ahead. Take your time to remember. Hold each other. Be good to yourselves.
