Mr. Mei Kai Chan passed away on October 13, 2013 in Seattle at the age of 85. He was born in Shantou City, Guang Dong Province, China on September 7, 1928 to Qin Bin and Bao Zhu Chen.
Mr. Chen is survived by his wife, Shuw Chen Chou and his children; Jiao Di Chen, Wei Chen, Can Bin Chen, Rong Chen and Peter Chen. He will also be missed by the rest of his family and friends.
