Mykahl, man I remember meeting you in the summer of 2018. Your mom introduced me to you. I didn't know the Lord was going to give us time to talk but He did and we couldn't stop talking. We talked about true issues, the system, your dreams and beliefs. Your historian dream to travel and research on the things you read about. You believed and respected my discription and discipleship relationship with Jesus. It interest you because it wasnt like everyone else spoke about God. The brilliance of your understanding was beyond your years as if God grew you faster than your age. Your friends couldn't talk about the topics you were interested in . Topics about truth and philosophy was what you liked but because it was too deep you never shared with them. I could see when we talked you were freed finally to release and share something deep and you had someone who will listen. I was blessed to be in your presence brother. I gave you my book I know you started to read it. I am grateful to know that you respected my words but most of all it was your words of wisdom that will always be in my heart. Your life is eternal Mykahl. I am not at grief anymore as if we have lost you. I am of peace of you being found. I am at peace because of your eternal life is living as we speak. Bless your Mother and your Family because we will see you again in eternity. With Love!!!
Your sister in Christ and Friend.

Most know I’m not from NC, I moved here when I was around age 12, 7th grade was my first grade I attended as a NC student, unfortunately I didn’t know Mykahl then, But going into High School I met him, and he took me under his wing & showed me the ropes around A.L. Brown, he taught me all about High School & how to survive it, he was honestly a older brother to me, He moved in with me & my family in the middle of my 10th grade year & lived with us for quite some time, He participated in family dinners, movies & even played with my sisters growing up, I didn’t lose a friend, I lost a Brother, he was family & will forever be family to us. He will be missed dearly ♥️

I remember us sitting in the car, just talking about life. Even with us from different sides, we were good friends and it was always a mutual respect. This feels like a punch in the stomach to a lot of people back here in NC, we haven't forgot about you bro. Prayers 🙏🏽 To your family and #RestEasyUpThere Bro

I’m going to miss watching you run around the house with the kids playing hide and seek. Watching you hide in the smallest spaces in the house. Literally... how did you fit in the dresser!? The kids and I will always have those memories to hold forever & remember the laughs and advice you would give them with boxing. One of my favorite memories was our chess game when you knew you out smarted me. You had a look of victory on your face before the game was even over. You are truly one of a kind and I will miss you dearly. Rest Peacefully Cuda ❤️🌹

I’ve known Mykahl since middle school.. he’s been my best friend and my brother. Life here in Kannapolis hasnt been the same since he moved to Arizona but he always kept in contact just to check in on me, my brother, and my momma. He loved us and we the same. He’s going to be greatly missed by us. I send my condolences and best wishes for the family. His life was taken to soon for a great man that changed and touched so many lives. May god be with you guys in your time of recovery. With love Mike.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. Although I didn't spend life long (time) with Mykahl. I observed, a special young man; intelligent, loving, caring and handsome. He had a big and tender heart. I would tell him, " he should be a model". And he would just laugh.
To family, especially Brenda, Chris and Ronnie. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I believe he's in God's hands now. Yet... know that our love one's is always around in spirit. And as (family) and friends, Mykahl will always be in our hearts. My prayers and thoughts are with you in time of grief. With Love and Deepest Sympathy. Love you all... Cousin Opal
